Memebox - The Mask Edition #2 [Unboxing/Review]

Hi Beauties!

I'm back with another Memebox unboxing/review for you all!

I do apologise for my lack of posts for those of you who were waiting! Also the picture quality isn't up to scratch for this post - I was abit excited and it was early morning so the lighting wasn't too great! Hope you understand!

Anyways, lets get down to business! Here are the pictures! :)

Again, Memebox did not disappoint! There was a variety of masks to try and well worth the money! The products came all in a cute Memebox pouch (which I found totally adorable!)

Unfortunately one of my masks (The Aqua Dressing one) was damaged during shipping and some liquid spilled out. However, it didn't ruin any of the other masks and I used the Aqua Dressing one right away! Very hydrating might I add! :)

I haven't had any bad experiences with any masks so far (*touch wood*) as they all seem to have fulfilled their purpose.

The box cost: $23 + $6.99 shipping. I got the box PLUS shipping for only $10.99 because I had a bunch of points accumulated! Total bargain! :)

I do recommend these mask boxes as they do give you a generous amount of products to try! Plus the Keyskin one is worth $49! It's pretty hydrating for the eyes and also includes some spot patches for those extra areas that need some love!

The next box I will be reviewing is the Office Essentials one! It starts shipping June 20th so keep an eye out for that! :)

Let me know if you have tried Memebox and what you think! I would love to hear your responses!

xoxo J

Memebox Luckybox #1 RESTOCKED [First Impressions]

Hey Beauty Lovers!

It's been awhile since I last posted on here. I've been so busy with uni work that I haven't had the chance to go out and explore the beauty world for new products.

However, I recently discovered a beauty box company called Memebox! (while procrastinating one night....) The boxes are known to be jammed packed with Korean beauty products for you to try from a variety of brands - well known and the in between!

I was pretty much sold at 'Korean beauty products'...

There are a variety of boxes to choose from such as:
1. Memebox - packed with 4-8 full sized products and deluxe samples from Korea!
2. Superbox - packed with full sized products catering to specific needs
3. Luckybox - packed with the most popular items from previous sold-out Memboxes! This box is what I will be reviewing today :)

The box I purchased is the Luckybox #1 RESTOCKED - so pretty much the original one ran out so they restocked it! (YAY)

Ok here are the pictures for your viewing pleasure:

The packaging was cool! They bubble-wrapped the box inside!

Even though the box was bubble-wrapped it still was dented...however none of the products were damaged!

I pretty much bought the box because of the 'gel mist' and I am so GLAD that they included it in this restocked box as I am aware that another version of this box did NOT include it!

Jammed packed with goodness! :)

As you can see the box is filled to the brim with products! I have yet to try them out but so far so good!

The box costed me: 27.99 USD including shipping - after all coupons and vouchers were used :) - Great price if you ask me, considering all the products involved! You can refer to the attached photo cards for reference on prices and size of the individual products.

Unfortunately Memebox only ships to: US, Canada and Japan from March 31st 2014..so those of you that are located elsewhere (like MEEEE) will just have to be patient until they resume full international shipping!

However I do have another box coming my way in the coming weeks, which is the Memebox: The Masked Edition # 2 - so I will be giving my first impressions on that!

Have you guys tried out Memebox? If so do let me know which ones and how you are finding it! I would love to know! :)

Till next time!

David Jones Vitamin E Hand & Nail Cream SPF 15 [Review]

Happy New Year Beauty Lovers!

May 2014/Year of the horse bring you love, success, good health and happiness! :)

I want to start off the new year with a special product that I have recently discovered. Now many of you may not be from Australia and may not know the department store David Jones - but that's okay!

David Jones was first established in 1838 and is a luxury department store here in Australia that aim to sell 'the best and the most exclusive goods' from fashion to beauty and home.

I never thought much with their own brand name beauty items such as eyeshadow palette sets as they were not of good quality. But recently I stumbled across a line of their skincare products and was drawn into the Vitamin E section. My bf explained that David Jones brand skincare is very popular in Thailand and tourists that come to Australia would buy many tubs to bring back home.

I was intrigued and had a sniff of the Vitamin E cream and immediately fell in love! It's a classic scent! Similar to Redwin's Vitamin E cream with evening primrose oil. If you love that scent then you will love this!

Product Details:

'A moisturising blend of Vitamin E, Shea Butter and Wheatgerm Oil to nourish and soften with sunscreen to protect from sun damage' SPF 15?! Count me in!!

Retails at $12.95 Australian Dollars for 120g tube - Bargain if you ask me! :D

This product is pale peach/orange in colour and quickly absorbs into the skin leaving in non-greasy and hydrated at the same time! I am very impressed with this hand cream - favourite one so far! :)

The only con I would have is the availability of this product elsewhere in the world - I would love for you all to try this! If you do get a chance then really give it a go!

Until next time!

xoxo J
